UI component on the Visitor page that the Visitor sees during engagement.
An engagement where only the Operator has computer audio or video enabled is considered a One-Way Call. This is useful when a Visitor does not wish to enable his camera or microphone or the Visitor browser does not support sending video and/or audio.
SaleMove uses E.164 number formatting for all phone numbers. E.164 numbers can have a maximum of fifteen digits and are usually written as follows: [+][country code][subscriber number including area code]. A good reference to find a country's calling code is this Wikipedia page.
To convert a US phone number like 305 555 2091 to E.164 format, you need to add the '+' prefix and the country code (which is 1) in front of the number so it will look like +13055552991. In many other countries like UK, local dialing requires the addition of a '0' in front of the subscriber number. However, to use E.164 formatting, this '0' must be removed. A number such as 020 7284 6660 in the UK would be formatted as +442072846660.

Engagement reestablishing occurs when the Visitor is engaged and navigates to a new page on the same Site. Engagement will be reestablished after the SaleMove scripts on the new page have been loaded.
